LessonChime Terms of Service

These Terms apply when you use the LessonChime website or purchase and use LessonChime software.
The software
LessonChime is desktop reminder software designed to help online teachers view lesson schedules and receive reminders.
LessonChime is a support tool. You remain responsible for checking your own schedule, attending lessons, internet connection, platform access, and professional obligations. LessonChime is not a guarantee that a lesson will be started, joined, or finished on time.
Licence
When you purchase LessonChime, you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the software for your own teaching work.
You may not:
- Copy, sell, rent, lease, distribute, or share the software or licence key
- Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to bypass activation or security features
- Use the software unlawfully
- Claim that LessonChime is affiliated with another teaching platform unless we state this clearly
A licence may be limited to one person and one device unless different terms are shown at checkout.
Price and payment
LessonChime for macOS is currently sold for $29 USD as a one-time payment. There are no recurring subscription fees unless clearly stated at checkout.
Payments are handled securely through SureCart and its supported payment providers.
Downloads and updates
After successful payment, customers receive access to the LessonChime download. We may provide updates, fixes, or improvements, but we are not obliged to provide any particular future feature.

Third-party platforms
LessonChime is an independent product designed for online teachers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party teaching platform.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teacher TG Software is not liable for missed lessons, lost income, penalties, scheduling errors, interrupted services, or indirect losses arising from use of LessonChime.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country applies.
